Prompt delivery, very comfortable shoes, nice styling. They are a bit time-consuming to tie/untie given the laces looping around the ankle. They are keepers. Happy with the buying experience. If they last, then I am a loyal customer. I have a wide foot and these shoes are not particularly roomy. I ordered a half size larger and it worked out well.
