The product is great, however I'm displeased at how it can go up in price almost $20.00 from the last time I purchased the exact same product. Not to mention the sales person was unclear as to why and a little rude.

Band is great except it should be thicker, more substantial.

To many write a review emails before the product arrived, otherwise good.

The website was a little confusing, since the band I needed had not been put on it, but the person I talked to on the phone was great and the band arrived and fits perfectly.
