Good service

We were happy to get watch band but were unable to put it on the watch. Requires special tool. Had to be sent out. Should include the tool perhaps. Thank you

Item arrived quickly and as described

Great service. Fast shipping.

Was kept well informed about the fact that the item would take a bit longer to arrive than first stated. Watch band arrived in excellent condition with all necessary "hardware."
