just ONE thought; when i bought the watch specific Citizen band the first go around with HRS, i should have been advised that the pins were watch specific also and, if advised, i wouldnt have had to place 2nd order for pins (and saved postage!)...

A transaction I couldn't be happier with. I'd searched high and low for this bracelet until I found your shop. Ordering was straightforward and the bracelet was dispatched the following day. It arrived in Christchurch, New Zealand in perfect order only a week later. I sized and fitted it on my NY0040 myself, and I'm very pleased with the result. It's sharp looking and comfortable. The ratcheting extension is fantastic. Thanks so much for making the bracelet available, and for the excellent service!

I could not figure out the correct number to enter online to order the part I needed, but I called and was helped to find the correct number. I received the watchband in good time. I was glad that it was available.

I had never used this company before. I was very pleased with their service. I would use them again if needed. Would also recommend them to friends who might need this type of service.

Impeccable Service!
