Website made it easy to navigate, select and pay for product. Order confirmation and follow-up was prompt and efficient. Delivery by UPS, Canada Customs and Canada Post was substantially less so although maybe I have to cut them some slack given this busy holiday period. The service centre for Citizen in Canada is so bad that I would recommend Hurley Roberts to anyone in Canada needing parts or service for their Citizen watch.
