I ordered and paid for

I ordered and paid for watchband on August 7th and received it on October 15th. That’s 10 weeks. Should never have taken more than a couple weeks at the most. Attempting to contact anyone in your facility via phone or email was an absolute drill in futility. No calls or emails were ever returned. I own 6 Citizen watches

Just received watch band. Do

Just received watch band. Do not believe it fits correctly. Have had two jewelers try to put watch on band, no success. I do know I had made sure that the correct band for the watch was ordered. Can the pin be incorrect with this updated band. Look forward to hearing from you. How do I go about returning if necessary.

The watch band doesn’t fit.

The watch band doesn’t fit. It appears that the pin holes on the band do not align with the pin holes on the watch. I had to take it to a jeweler.
