I ordered on 2/2. Received email on 2/5 saying product is back ordered (but I was still charged). No update since 2/5, but received this review request on 2/12. Been over 10 days now and I don’t if/when I’ll be receiving my order. Not good.

Still waiting for you to send my order. A week ago you said it was back ordered. I haven't heard it was sent yet. Will it come soon? Maybe I should order it somewhere else.

Pretty hard to review something I still haven't received. Sad because I paid a LOT of money on this watchband and an extra $10 for expedited shipping. Joke was on me!
