Shipping service was ok with the problem that if you return the product you are out of pocket the freight cost.

When I ordered two different products, there was never a word about auto ship. You merely imply a subscription. To me and others, take this term as future information. Very fraudulent way of conning the public.

Shipping took forever. Should have warned us that the crystals tasted horrible.
