This is not a review of the shop itself. They did a great job and it arrived very quickly. I really wanted to like this. Sadly, it bent like many others said. It’s really nicely made, but too flimsy for anything other than a small, light bag. I used it for a larger bag and it gave way almost immediately, causing the bag to bite my tire a bunch. Go for something with a stabilizer strap, skip this.

The tail light is great,

The tail light is great, but I need to return it. I sent it to the address you requested and it was sent back to me as “unable to forward”. I sent an email to sales, but haven’t heard back for 4 days. Is any one still there?

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with Colorado Cyclist. I placed an order for Wahoo Speedplay Cleat Covers on May 12th and, as of May 28th, I still have not received the product, any meaningful update, or a resolution. UPS has continued to reschedule delivery with no movement, and despite reaching out multiple times, customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I spoke with a representative on Friday, May 22nd, and was assured someone would follow up with me regarding the issue. That never happened. Instead of proactively helping or offering a replacement, refund, or expedited solution, I was basically told to deal with UPS myself. This has been especially frustrating because I needed these for an upcoming crit race, and the lack of urgency or concern for the customer experience has been disappointing. At this point, I still have no product and no refund for my $40. 18 purchase. I understand shipping delays happen, but good customer service means stepping in, communicating clearly, and helping your customers find solutions. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. Based on this experience, I would not order from Colorado Cyclist again.
