Parts are great, shipping was an absolute joke. Shipping cost more than the items purchased. 7 of these clips were shipped in an apoximatley 5x5 inch (probably 6x6 inch) box. Do better FFS.

Charge doesn't last very long (only a few days), but otherwise this is a decent little headlight for the price.

Not quite long enough vertical grips for my hands. Other than that, they’re fantastic. I thought I was ordering GP4 grips (from a google shopping search), but the link sent me to GP3 grips, and I didn’t look close enough to verify. I contacted Ergon support to see if I could buy just replacement posts, but they don’t sell just the posts. So I’ll have to buy a pair of GP4’s, replace the end bars on my grips that are already sweaty, and try to re-sell what in effect will be a perfectly new set of GP3 without packaging.

A little confusing to order because of older internet information

This is not a review of the shop itself. They did a great job and it arrived very quickly. I really wanted to like this. Sadly, it bent like many others said. It’s really nicely made, but too flimsy for anything other than a small, light bag. I used it for a larger bag and it gave way almost immediately, causing the bag to bite my tire a bunch. Go for something with a stabilizer strap, skip this.
