Love shopping from the HSA/FSA store. Items are great products and reasonably priced.

Overall the site is very easy to navigate to find products and make purchases. I had an issue with delivery of my order (it said it had been delivered but I never received it) and the customer service was phenomenal; very easy to get on the phone with an actual person and they quickly addressed and resolved the issue. Appreciate the ease of interaction with the site and the staff.
