My order was delivered on time and to the proper address. I initially had mistaken and entered the wrong shipping address, but was corrected via chat, and shipment was delivered to the correct address.

Prices could be a tad more competitive but I've always received great service and quality products. Always a pleasure to order from you guys.

I love the site - what better way to purchase approved HSA items than thru this site, no guessing, no wondering - I was shocked to see as many items as their is that is approved with my HSA which has made my much more prepared for the upcoming cold and flu season! No more going from store to store praying to find at least 1 medication for the cold and flu that is actually helpful when someone has the flu or cold. The only thing that frustrates me a slight - is the site has several products for acne and eczema but not a single product for Rosacea. Shipping was fast and easy - I had my box within a week at my front door. Like items where placed in a sealable bag, liquid items were placed together in a sealable bag and items that were small were placed in a sealable bag. Finally someone who cares about what is inside the box and the impact it could have on someone else who may have to deal with a large bottle of DayQuil running all over the floor!
