This was our first time attending the HR Retail conference. I especially appreciated the curated topics discussed by each presenter. Hearing stories and discussions from our peers really hit home and made the conference experience so much better. Continue with this format and encourage more round table discussions with our peers. Adding more space for networking over breakfast and lunch would be appreciated too!

Excellent conference! The presentations were interesting and the speakers were engaging. Each presentation highlighted topics that are at the forefront of healthcare HR leadership work. I appreciated the 'townhall' and discussion sessions, as it allowed time to get a little deeper into the 'weeds' of operationalizing innovation responses to universally challenging situations (growth, engagement, learning, etc...).

This was an exceptional conference with a boutique special feel....where many Healthcare leaders attended and which was wonderful and we were able to meet every potential prospect.Content for sessions excellent and speakers were amazing! As a vendor sponsor--however.... the booth traffic was non existent and there was no encouragement to come by the booth by the organizers in the way of a competition or a stamp that they had to come by as part of the program. This forced us to find our prospects on our own. We support the conference financially so in the future please figure out a way to have booth attendance as a part of the event. Thanks for a great event however!

Great content, great venue, lots of good information and contacts. Could use more time for 'casual' connections - perhaps sessions could end a bit earlier in the day. Keynote at end of day 2 - might be nice to have it before the social, just so people aren't tempted to leave before

Pretty good event, although I think the evening event (90's theme) could have been a lot better. I realize people are there for the sessions but I've been to conferences where the evening events are amazing and a great way to meet most of the attendees.
