This was my first time at this conference. I found it very informative and helpful. Here are a few suggestions: - more employer led breakout sessions - continue the breakout by employer size - a little more time spent on legal compliance & trends - maybe a segment on retail industry trends (not specific to HR, but the overall business landscape Overall, I think this was great and would love to attend again

Hi, I had a great time at the conference! It was pretty heavy on recruiting and training. I would have liked to see more about benefits, compensation, employee rewards/recognition, and a tad more about compliance and risk management. It would be nice to have a little more facilitation of networking. I've been to some conferences in the past where they did a "speed networking" session where you got a curated list of people to speak to for a couple mins each, then rotated on to the next pairing. Usually if this is done in the beginning of the conference people are more willing to strike up conversations during the networking breaks and lunches later in the conference.

The team did a nice job of providing many opportunities to connect with fellow retailers to benchmark and share best practices. Great event!
