Be careful. Theyll get you with that route package insurance fee, if you dont pay attention and uncheck the box. And once youve accidentally paid that, whether or not you wanted it, they will not refund you the fee. I dont know why l would need Routes package protection on a package coming from ups.

We’ve ordered these cups several times in the past and have loved them so much. I’m not sure if we just got a bad batch this time, but I’m genuinely nervous to order them again. In the 6+ sleeves we’ve used so far, at least 5 cups per sleeve have issues with the double wall staying attached. And two cups have had leaks. Thankfully one we noticed before handing it to the customer, but the other one was sent out with a pin-size hole and the customer had to hurry back in with it which is mortifying as a business owner. Aside from the cup issues, we absolutely love using Hot Cup Factory. Shipping is always incredibly fast, customer service is top notch, and prior to this order, the product is normally high quality.

The pint is a pint, nothing special. I am disappointed that the cup came unbranded, no print on it whatsoever, and I did not get the Cyber Monday discount on it. In my research, I was told I would not get the discount on branded stuff but the pints and the ice cream cups came UNBRANDED. Disappointed you do not hold to your own policy.
