Web site needs improvement (see Hatton’s in UK), shipping slow, but customer service very helpful

I had to buy a second bottle, as the first one was beyond saving. However, the second bottle was very good, and was the perfect consistency for brushing.

Paint was almost completely dried up from BOTH bottles I had ordered rendering it completely useless, could not even squeeze it out of the bottle had to cut it open to even see it. First and Last purchase from this company, not a good first impression.

Never received my purchase; they never responded to multiple messages and emails sent.

Again, I asked about getting the dditional two coaches and never heard back
