This was my second buy. Goods arrived as expected and it was the high quality we expected. Can only recommend this Company - in fact I have recommended it to my children and my friends.

found my wheels not rolling well after a few years. turns out my case was first generation and possibly had a few teething troubles. (an initial fault was repaired straight away after i bought it originally). due to model age of my case shop assistant was authorized to exchange for brand new model on the spot. happy, loyal customer made happy again.
