The shopping experience was pretty straightforward: I got all information needed in the product fiches. I even got the direct help by chat (very nice exchange!). Checkout and secured payment were also very lean, with all information clear and visible all the time. Afterwards I got the email confirmation and a later email too with tracking shipment info. Some days later I received the goods in pristine shape. The whole experience was as it always should be.

I'm happy about my choice! Beautiful, light and nicely made suitcase. I own cabine suitcase from Horizon Studios and it proved to be very efficient so i have no doubt that H6 is to be a good travel companion for me.

I was in desperate need of a suitcase just a few days before my departure. And they helped me so much and made everything so easy. The suitcase might be the best one I ever had, and the price I paid was very competitive. I will for sure go back if I have the chance and the need for more luggage!
