Horizn Studios (EN)

I have only had great experience with Horizn, either in the Berlin store, online or with the super responsive and helpful customer service. The product is robust, practical and I love the choice of colors (the navy blue is gorgeous!). So far no broken zippers or damaged rolls (like I always had with my Rimowa). I am excited about taking my suitcases on bumpier adventures soon and see how they hold! Special thanks to Matt from customer services who has provided great, timely and friendly service on several occasions, notably when UPS lost one of my orders.
