3 weeks after ordering and no delivery date in sight

I am still waiting for my order 3 weeks later and despite contacting customer service I have no information on the delivery status or date. Particularly disappointing as Horizn is one of the priciest brands out of comparable competition. Would not order again.

Appauling

Have an open ticket since more than two weeks. No Phone number to ring. Responses given do not solve the problem. Very frustrating in terms of time and cost for the costume. And still I have received damaged goods, do not have instructions how to return without it costing me (Swiss costumer) and now the return window is closing today and no way known to proceed!!!

The product never arrives

I ordered the luggage at the end of January and now mid February and still haven’t received my product. I haven’t heard from customer care for almost a week now. Not sure where is my order. The money was taken already. Glad that I didn’t buy big price tag items. Rather stressful and disappointed.
