Packaging and delivery time was quick. Product appears as adverised and good quality.

There is really nothing to complain about about anything regarding the items, nor the the navigation on the website. Everything is super easy and straight forward with a very nice, modern design. What I did miss, was the fact that there was no option to add gift wrapping, which is very unfortunate, when the package arrives with a huge logo all over. Mentioning the package, I would be very happy if you would reconsider your package choices for your items. I bought a laptop case and a small crossbody bag and it came a) separate and b) both in overly big cartons, which is just unnecessary. Overall, though, I am very happy with the items themselves and will definitely be buying again.

Great bag, very light and well made. only complaint would be the lack of padding in the 'padded laptop section'. I expect I'll still have to use a separate laptop sleeve to protect it on my commute.
