Like the bag very much. Cushioned strap is nice but could do with some refinement, possibly a little wider. Shipping kept getting delayed and honestly did not need to be delivered in a giant box with so much packaging waste, especially as it could have just fit into a shipping pouch vs jumbo, possibly leftover, luggage box. But I really like the product, it is great for travel or just errands and running around town. I like it!

4 stars because no one is perfect. However, I really like the suitcase I offered.

Good Service Good Product

I absolutely loved the wash bag, nice material and good size but sadly arrived with a scratch on the leather logo. Maybe provide better packaging or handle with care. It was too late to exchange or return. Thanks
