I received my carry on H5 few days back, the outer shell and wheels seems pretty sturdy, but the telescopic handle appears to be a bit flimsy. After unpacking it, I noticed few dents on the handle and a bit of loose thread from zipper, but I have no issue because it seems mostly esthetic flaws and nothing else. I hope this will serves me for long time!

- Praktisches integriertes Aufladesystem für Handys - Innenleben des Koffers sehr gut bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht - Gewicht ist auch ganz gut - einziges Manko ist, dass die Außenseite des Koffers nach der 1-Nutzung aufzeigt, dass sie sich leicht durch Kratzer bzw. Verschmutzungen beschädigen lässt - Wie stabil / gut die Rollen des Koffers sind kann ich noch nicht einschätzen

Innen etwas klein sonst gute Qualität

Really pretty luggage, very handy but not as sturdy as hoped. However, after my luggage basically broke apart (frequent traveling for 2 years) the customer service was extremely helpful and quickly changed it out. Thank you!
