Executive summary: Best suitcase, hands on! My suitcase endures a lot, certainly way above average. Every week I travel, and every week my Horizn is with me. I love the optics, but more so the practicality. It's light, it's spacious, it's rolling smoothly, and the power bank is a super valuable bonus. After a year of weekly use, I bought one for my partner. After two years of weekly use, my suitcase (the handle) broke. I had moved to a different continent by then. I reached out to Horizn, they ordered my broken suitcase in for repair, and sent it back to me all fixed and fresh across the Atlantic. Now if this isn't customer service, I don't know what is! Buy a Horizn, you won't regret it.

The Horizn carry on is incredibly well designed and made. All of the components work well and the overall aesthetic is lovely. The charging cable for the battery pack stopped working after a few months, but other than that, great product. Would definitely re-purchase.
