I am usually very very satisfied with your products and have never had a problem, but I have a bit of a situation. The courier that was supposed to deliver the package gave me 12hours to take the set, which is nearly not enough and I haven’t been able to get a hold of them. They don’t respond to emails or pickup the phone. The package was prepaid and I have called 5 times already but nothing. Would you be able to do something about this issue? I understand its not 1 courier for everything but I am powerless in this situation. Thank you for reading this and I wish you fun and delightful holidays!
