Over the last few years some of the components have worn and the company has always been good about fixing things, or having very reasonably priced replacements.

The extension tube for the SR500 increased my roasting capacity and improved the quality of my roasting instantaneously. If you own an SR340, 500, or 700, then you must have this tube.

I am the home roaster for #bowerslakecoffee and I had a broken top for the sr500 that I needed replacement for my own personal use. I ordered it and it arrived quickly but broken. They replaced that one quickly and now my SR is running again. Great service. Great product.
