I sent in my SR500 roaster for repair. You promptly notified me that you'd received it, you cleaned and repaired it and shipped it back to me very quickly and it's worked perfectly since, like a new roaster. Couldn't be happier.

I got amazingly fast service from Home Roasting supplies, but due to Covid 19 restrictions and work. I haven't been able to get to my private mail box. I am not able to review my new roasting chamber and extension tube. Jay
