This roaster is great. With the extension tube it easily roasts in excess of 8 ounces of green beans. I have been roasting 9.7 to end up with 8 ounces of roasted beans. If you do this you may have to pop the top to let out some chaff part of the way through. The chaff collector and the widening part of the tube seem to be the limiting factors on this roaster.
