Shipping time was good, just shame you don't get items in lovely packaging.

It took a while to arrive because they had erroneously shipped the wrong pajamas. They noted that I could keep the other set but I never received those. The set I ordered arrived a few weeks late but just in time for my friends bday.

Fast customer service. Just wish the full price was covered for manufacture error.

Service was okay, when I asked for the assistance it took several days to get a response and then there was like 5 days t oa week in between responses and then I had to reach back out to follow up and was told sure I could be helped but that I would have to ship the slip back to Australia from the U.S. out of my own pocket... Honestly, y'all should have taken care of that, as I wanted to exchange the product for a different size. I wasn't asking for my money back.
