I JUST hit "submit review" on the review I wrote. Why am I asking to submit another one?

I’m quite surprised to get this review request, especially after I’ve specifically sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the end result of this order. The responseI I received made me think my satisfaction was NOT important. It’s pretty much just a black hat with a indistinguishable black patch. I’ve ordered anniversary gifts for my husband a number of times from your company in the past. Some include: suspender and bowtie, pens with engraved pen cases, leather engraved notebook and a number of hats. This one doesn’t fit the quality that my husband deserves. Fortunately, I ordered early enough to look elsewhere for a quality gift that will be fitting for my sweetheart. Very disappointed!
