Product came damaged. I recognize that it’s leather, but it should at least look new on its first day of being new..

If I had known how long it would take to get the product, I wouldn’t have bought it. The product is okay but overpriced. I have a few other items from Holtz that I’m really happy with, but this isn’t one of them. It’s fine but overpriced for what I got. And I had to wait about a month to get it. I did get a nice email update when I asked about the item which was nice.

I already did!

What more can I say . . . not a pleasant experience and this survey has run on long enough.
