When first ordered was told cushion for seat not made so purchased two single backed cushions. However on closer inspection of website found one was made so went into the shop and a very kind gentleman reordered. Cushion came very quickly but all the boxes for the cushions were badly damaged but thankfully goods were not. So once problem resolved the service was excellent.

Long wait on shipping and allocated delivery slots therefore 3 stars . Customer care from the company very good

Good service from Libby in the logistics department - offered a delivery apart from cushions quicker than originally suggested although in fact the chair cushions did come at the same time. Not quite as good from customer service - they were asked to add a sofa cushion to the order after it had been placed, but that didn’t happen.

Slightly disappointed with the delivery time as it appeared the product was in stock when I ordered it. Don’t receive an update as to when to expect delivery until I contacted them.
