This was our first experience of Holloways, we ordered a lamp that was delivered quickly and packaged very well. On delivery our order was not quite what we wanted, we visited the Winchester store whose staff were above and beyond they took back the lamp and ordered in another lamp which we had seen in store. The whole experience of both online and in store was very good and we would highly recommend them. PS the store is full of very lovely furniture and accessories so well worth an in person look!
