Great products and awesome customer service. Had a slight issue with one of the chairs arriving with a mark on it, but is being replaced without a fuss.

It was very easy to amend the shipping address as the customer service is very responsive on email. Really grateful and being smoothly taken care of during home moving.

Overall very happy - have ordered about 20 lights for a house renovation project and all have arrived in good order. Some delivery delays with lights coming from abroad and also with Tom Dixon.
