Good when it’s bad
I have bought numerous lights and good from Holloways over the years. Always packed up perfectly and delivered intact.
Two weeks ago I had bought some lights and I noticed one of them was hanging slanted.
I emailed the company to let them know.
I didn’t need to send photos, proof of purchase anything. There were no hoops to jump through.
A replacement was posted and that was that.
The measure of a company is for me not when things are going well. But on how they handle a problem.
I couldn’t be more impressed and as I type, I’m awaiting my rug to be delivered.
They are so very decent in good or bad times.
