So far we’ve bought two products from Holloways of Ludlow. While our first product was delivered faulty, due to our extremely positive customer services experience it did not defer us from acquiring a second product, if anything we were in a way encouraged because we knew if anything was wrong we could count on the customer service team. Second product was received in perfect condition, we are now thinking of a third.
