The customer service when I needed to downsize my order was exceptional

I love dealing with holland Cooper I shop often online and usually receive my purchases within a week or so which is as fast if not faster than companies based here in United States. I also like that they keep coming out with new fresh looks!

I’m waiting on my refund for my return but overall, the process was pretty straightforward. I just wish I didn’t have to pay $25 for the return because the shoes were too large.
