I Don’t like it. The pills are hard to swallow as I don’t like the new sinuplex. It doesn’t work as well as seasonal shield. I also loved Ortho Molecular D-Hist better than this one. I honestly won’t buy Meragenics Sinuplex again. I if offering this one I wish they would offer one of the other brands and let us choose
