Shocking my kids didn’t receive there Santa letter despite me ordering it over a month before christmas

Really disappointment in this company. Ordered a ‘letter from Santa’ for my 4yr old boy who was so excited about Christmas. I thought a letter from Santa arriving in the mail would really just top off his Christmas experience. But despite ordering the letter over a month in advance, it never arrived. Very disappointed. It would have made a little 4yr old boys Christmas that much more special. It would have been his first ever letter from Santa. Would love a refund too if you guys read your reviews!

Absolute rubbish company. I ordered 11 Santa letters in November and only 2 were received. I contacted hippo blue multiple times and after several emails and finally a request for a refund they refunded the money. They also told me that due to my poor experience they would also send me the letters in PDF so that I could print them and give them to my grandchildren. They only sent me 1 pdf which happened to be one of the letters which was received so that was of no use to me. I needed the ones that weren’t delivered and even though they told me they would email them this never happened. Also when ordering the “free” Santa letters I was charged $6 postage for each letter which is a massive rort for something that didn’t arrive. I would not recommend hippo blue to anyone and would actively discourage anyone from using them.

I haven’t received my order for Santa letters and it’s already past Christmas
