Faulty product and extremely poor
Faulty product and extremely poor customer support. The silicone cover does not fit at all, making the lunch box completely unusable.
For over a month, I have been emailing and even sent videos clearly showing the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement, I keep being told how to fix it. I already own two other lunch boxes and have used them for the past two years, so I know this is not user error—it is a product defect.
This issue is with my most recent purchase (January), and my daughter has still not been able to use her new lunch box.
Very disappointed that there has been no accountability or proper resolution. Will not be purchasing again.
