Expensive, and bot enough head time to cancel a subscription.

Ordered food for my dog online, received a tracking number and shipping date, only to call and find out after 7 days that it had never been shipped because it was out of stock. Have been feeding this food for years, but will be switching to something else. This is getting too expensive anyway and I can feed raw diet as cheap or cheaper.

No one is on your phones over the weekend. I wanted to cancel on Saturday after I ordered it but couldn’t talk to anyone until Monday. Then i was told after talking to 3 people that I was too late. I will purchase it from Chewy.

Not satisfied with the product received.

I tried to send an email to hills and could not send it because it asked for the product codes which I did not have as I put my dogs food in a container and threw away the bag. You should allow an email regardless of whether a customer still has the original bag.
