Shipping with Fed Ex was a bit of an issue but overall service was terrific.

Only complaint was in availability of product which was really slow.

Item arrived in good condition. Very long time lag between receiving item and being asked for feedback.

Highwave seems to be a great company. I was gifted with a Roam travel mug. The 1st time I tried to clean the lid, it became unusable. Highwave sent me a replacement lid and gasket right away. Unfortunately the insulation for the Roam is lacking. Cold items don't stay cold very long.
