Great product, fast shipping

As I mentioned in my review, the customer service was superior. It took me a little bit to be able to reach somebody there, but once I did, Amy was so very helpful and pleasant. I wasn’t positive of her name but still had a voicemail saved and it was definitely Amy. She was fantastic and helped me with the shipping so that the mug arrived before I left town on my vacation. Amy was terrific with communication and is the only reason I was able to get this mug before leaving. I really would’ve been lost without it and I’m so grateful. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Amy and love the mug and Highwave 😁!
