I purchased a vase arrangement from this glossy website I paid £18.99 for a faster delivery and wrote in the notes section about some changes I would like to the arrangement. Arrangement arrived promptly and well packaged but totally different fro the photo on the website and without the changes I had requested. When I emailed to request a return I was told the changes I requested were considered a customisation and would cost more money well that fine had you told me I would have paid extra but to just send the unsuitable product out was totally unacceptable why not just email that and I could have made further payment? Returns policy states product has to be returned to them within five days s it’s perishable but on their website they say the dried flowers last for a min of two years? On top of that you have to pay the £18.99 return fee and lose 30% of the price you’ve paid as a restocking fee unless you accept a store credit for a product that is substandard. I showed a local florist the arrangement and she stated it was a pre-made bunch you can buy at the wholesalers for around £25 I paid £54 plus £18.99 postage. So very disappointed and upset by the product, the tone of the customer service emails and the lack of customer service full stop. Please avoid this awful company. The pink flat bunch is the vase arrangement from hidden botanicals the the photo with the vase included is what a local dried flower florist made for me for the same price inclusive of vase and delivery.
