Shipping was faster than expected, I wish there had been more photos and easier ordering for a bundle.

Shipping terrible. Quality awful. The company do not take complaints seriously.

Flowers never arrived and awful customer service

Bouquet was not as pictured or described, poor quality, although apparently all "real" flowers it looks and feels artificial and tacky. I should have trusted other reviews and avoided because now I can't afford to replace the flowers before my wedding and will have to go without.

Took an age to arrive. When it did...I knew there it was going to be terrible based on the small package. Sure enough the flowers were squished together and head falling off when I unboxed. So disappointed.
