Really lovely and photogenic. However, unfortunately a couple of flowers arrived a little tatty and torn, which left a less than perfect experience for my partner on our special day.

They have a really wonderful selection and generally pretty pleased with my purchase. I bought the tropical faux bouquet and got matching items made. The bouquet was larger and more hefty than I was expecting which is great for the price, if not for patched bit of damage on the back. A little underwhelmiled with the matching pocket square for the same price as there is quite a lot of faux leaves and flowers facing the wrong way so you they're more obviously fake. Still very happy with the delivery (so secure!)

The flowers we received from HB were lovely, just what I was picturing; my only problem was misleading advertising on shipping. I had seen all the advertising and the big banner on the website saying they were shipped out in 7 days, so I ordered them 2 1/2 weeks in advance of my wedding with expedited international shipping, and they shipped 2 weeks after the order and arrived 5 hours after my wedding ended. The FAQ page says to order 2-3 months in advance, but I did not see that until it was too late. Every other place I saw their flowers, it said dispatched in 7 days, so I had listed to that and had not given it another thought. The products are good, and for international shipping the wait time is not bad, but I was sad because the ads felt misleading.

Really good service, packaging could me more secure for dried flowers but they arrived intact.

The flowers are beautiful but got a little smashed in the boxes chosen for shipping. The order was large enough that it qualified for free shipping so everything was crammed into two boxes. I would have preferred to pay for shipping and had them spaced out and packed more securely to reduce crushing some of the smaller items.
