Shipping was quick.

The product is fantastic, the quality is hugely better than the previous set of pans we owned. Shipping however was a pain point. I had to chase to get an update on shipping a week after the order, the order had not been shipped yet and again after this a second email to ask for tracking. Only then did I get a tracking number showing the courier had received the consignment the day before (over a week after the order was made). I would expect a better communication when spending the amount that was spent. Despite this I would shop here again as the product has made cooking a joy again!

First pan received quite apparent is a returns from another customer. With a deep indentation on the rim,multiple micro scratches on the base and discoloured sides with spot stains. Replacement still not not what you would expect from a Hestan pan.
