The shipping was kind of odd as I was given a tracking number that didn't allow me to actually track the shipment. It was shipped to a logistics company near me and I ended it up picking it up from their warehouse to make sure that it was available when I needed it. Also, I called customer service and the agent told me he would email me with an update, but I did not receive nay update. I figured out the shipping thing when the logistics company finally called me.
