I started with calm and after a few doses noticed that it wasn’t helping with what was needed. I contacted the company to return and then try HEAL. Could not return the calm due to over the 30 days even though the first email was before 30 days and the generic email wanted to make sure all doses were tried so by the time I responded back the 30 days was up even though I didn’t try any more of it. There was a sentence at the bottom of where and how to return. It was me who got tied up in the length of the email about trying all the doses. I did go ahead and order the HEAL but not sure I will order again based on not sure if it’s helping and the company not being in the least flexible.

your product may be good but your customer service is VERY BAD!!!!! I am a nurse and if I told my patients to go to a website and all the answers are there, I would be FIRED. . THAT GIRL WILL KILL YOUR BUSINESS. . . I will not purchase this product again due to the VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way, I have 4 fur daughters so you just lost a big customer.

Shipping was prompt and product was as described. Unfortuately, I am not seeing any change in my dog's lumps.
