My last order was shorted one package. I emailed the mood help people right away. They jumped on the issue and remedied the situation quicky and with no fuss.

the shipping has gotten better. and the packing no longer reads, MOOD on the return label. just a plain white package it comes in.

Well, this was not my first experience with Mood but I can honestly say this time I got more than I expected.
