Great customer service.

Quick shipping and great customer service.

I got the 8mm size for my wife for Christmas. They accidentally sent the 6mm size. As soon as they got my email notifying them of the mistake they automatically sent the 8mm without even asking and told me I could keep the 6mm as well. Amazing customer service. And my wife loves both sizes

Ease of ordering, good communication about shipping.

This is my second time getting to the obsessed tier, so I was able to gift this to my sister for Christmas, which was the perfect addition to the labradorite hoop charms I got her as well!! She now uses it to hold all of her rings and it displays them perfectly
